The Women’s Ministry of Winter Park’s First is unique. We are women who are here to study, grow and learn and also to support each other. We are made up of a broad group of ladies from grandmother types to teens, working women, stay-at-home moms, moms of adolescents, women who have no children and single women.

We strive to achieve our purpose through various social activities like luncheons, organized Bible studies and retreats. Our annual missions luncheon where we have an opportunity to meet women who serve throughout the world in mission work is one of our most popular events. We also help sponsor many activities for the girls in our youth group such as the very popular “Pure Freedom” retreat.

GRIEF SHARE

The thought of loosing a spouse or another loved one is not a pleasant thought. It is in times like these that we need the support of friends who will love us and walk with us as we pass through a valley in life. That is the purpose of our ongoing Grief Share group.
